LAWRENCE ADASHEK
Lawrence Adashek earned his Juris Doctor Degree from  The Columbus School of Law at the Catholic University of America in 1994.  In May 1996, he opened Lawrence Adashek, P.A. to assist clients with all of their Estate Planning, Elder Law and Business Advisory Service needs.

Mr. Adashek actively participates in a number of professional associations.   He is a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys,  an officer and member of the Elder Law Section of the Maryland State Bar Association, and a frequent lecturer on the subjects of Estate Planning and Elder Law.  Mr. Adashek is licensed in Maryland and Florida.

IMTIAZ M. JINDANI
Imtiaz M. Jindani joined Lawrence Adashek, P.A. as an associate attorney in 2007.  Mr. Jindani attended the University of Baltimore School of Law,  earning his Juris Doctor Degree, Cum Laude, in 2007.  He completed his undergraduate studies at Virginia Tech with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Economics.  Mr. Jindani practices in the areas of Estate Planning, Elder Law and Business Advisory Services; and is licensed in Maryland, Virginia and the District of Columbia.

KAREN ADASHEK
Karen Adashek serves as  Office Manager and paralegal of Lawrence Adashek, PA.  She received her Bachelors of Science Degree from the University of Maryland at College Park.

JOYCE DEMMITT
Joyce Demmitt serves as Legal Assistant of Lawrence Adashek, PA.  Joyce holds a Bachelors Degree in Arts from Gettysburg College in English, German and Education and a Master's Degree in Library Science from the University of Maryland at College Park.
